BODYSTEP has twelve tracks with specific training objectives and its predictability allows for improvement with each class. BODYSTEP is suitable for anyone who wants an energetic and exciting results oriented workout.
The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within‐sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
A 45‐60 minute indoor cycling class set to music and appropriate for all fitness levels. Class follows the Spinning energy zones and varies between endurance, interval, strength, race day and special training rides and includes a variety of hills, jumps, flats, sprints, and recovery. Heart rate training is included in every class. Heart rate monitors are recommended but not required.

A low impact cardio workout using adjustable step platforms to vary the intensity. Creative choreography will keep you moving throughout this class.
